Meet Storm! She came to us pregnant and Heartworm (HW) positive from a rural NC shelter. Since then, she has raised her babies (they are all adopted), been spayed, and successfully completed heartworm treatment. Storm is a 2.5-year-old, 48lb American Bully that is as sweet as possible! She is being fostered with dogs of all sizes and is doing well, she also does well with kids, and we introduced her to cats with no reaction from her. She is very leary of men, not in an aggressive way; she stays away from them if possible (she uses her crate as a refuge). If you are looking for a loving new family member, Storm is your girl! Please remember that when adopting a dog, you commit to them for the rest of their lives.
