Hello! My name is Monroe and I am looking for a forever home! I was found as a stray and taken in by a good Samaritan for a couple of weeks. They brought me to Madison County Animal Care and Control to get me vetted before they transferred me here. Now I am ready to find a forever home! According to my foster, I am an extremely mellow, calm cat. I am affectionate, but not clingy and mostly like to come get some love when I want, then wander away to nap nearby. I don't like being left alone at night, but also don't yell at the door about it. I am not reactive to storms and mowers. Likes: Brushes, Catnip Temptation Treats, Affection, Napping, Chin Scratches Dislikes: Being Pet for Too Long, Touching My Ears & Tail & Back Legs If you are interested in me, please fill out an application and come and see me soon!
