Then Reese may be just the gal for you. This beautiful pup is looking for a forever pack to join. Reese had a hard start, having spent nearly her whole short life in a shelter, with minimal human contact. Reese is quite timid and shy around people, and is working hard at learning to be open to their touch. She is getting more comfortable with her foster mom but, really loves all dogs immediately. In fact, being around other dogs really boosts her confidence, and she has learned a lot about how to “dog” from her doggy friends. Reese’s foster home has been working hard with her to help her too, and with work and persistence they have seen a big change in her since she arrived. Reese does not have a mean bone in her body, and is quite calm for a puppy. She loves following her foster sister around, running around the backyard, and playing with toys. Reese does great on leash, staying right at your heels. Like most puppies her age, she is learning bladder control, and is on her way to being fully potty trained. She is crate trained and treats it as a safe spot, like a cozy wolf cave. Reese would do best in a quiet home with a confident dog or two and a patient owner. Helping Reese know the love of her person so that she can gain confidence and come out of her shell more. Watching her grow and blossom will be the most rewarding accomplishment.
