Doug is a very sweet youngster. He is a Chocolate Lab who is just over one year old. Doug likes everyone he meets and has never met a stranger. He is still growing and would like a house with room. He is going to be a big guy and a fenced yard is recommended. Doug is a smart dog who wants to be a good boy. He is ready to learn and cant wait for a family of his own!Adoption processAll potential adopters must be at least 21 years of age. An application must be completed and can take up to a week to process. Once an application is approved, family meets, dog meets (if applicable) and home checks must be completed.Shelter locationOur orphanage is open to the public Monday-Friday from 12pm to 7pm, with the exception of the second Wednesday of each month during which we are closed for major cleaning. On weekends you can visit our orphans between 12pm and 5pm Saturday and Sunday. We also have some adorable adoptable cats and kittens at offsite locations: PetSmart in Marlton and PetValu stores of Cherry Hill, Marlton and Voorhees.
