Maurice is a happy go lucky guy that loves to be with people! He is around 3 years old and currently weighs around 50 pounds. When he arrived at the shelter Maurice had burnt paw pads and a bad ear infection. He has since been treated and has recovered nicely. Maurice knows sit and may know other commands that we have not figured out yet. He loves to go outside to the play area and run! He also loves to go on walks! He does okay on leash but may pull when excited. Maurice does seem very interested in cats and may chase them, so a home without cats would be best for him. Due to no past history an age restriction for children in the home may apply, please discuss this with shelter staff. Maurice would love to find his loving forever home soon! He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, Heartworm/lyme/anaplasmosis/ehrlicia tested (all are negative), and microchipped since his arrival at the shelter.
