Hello Everybody! My name is Chary! I`m only eight months old and weigh 42 pounds of puppy love. It should be expected that I`ll get a bit bigger before I`m all finished growing. I`ve got TONS of puppy energy... are you ready to come in and adopt me? I`d love to go on long walks, play fetch, explore new places and play with all the toys... does that sound like fun to you? If so PLEASEEEEEE swing by IACS and ask to meet me! I`m a super sweet and loving little lady! I did super dooper great for my intake exams, and didn`t even cry once when it came time for all my pokes. I also should let you know that I enjoy my food and treats!!! Don`t I look adorable with my floppy little ears and puppy eyes? You know you`ll fall in love with me once you meet me!! It`s unknown how I behave around cats kids or dogs so a slow and proper introduction is the best way to set everyone up for success. It`s hard to meet new people and pets quickly after leaving the shelter. I might need some time in my new home to decompress and process my new surroundings before meeting the whole gang. That`s ok though because IACS offers a 14 day cuddle before you commit program to ensure I am the best fit for you and your home. We`ll have pleanty of time to get to know everyone! *Please apply on our website at indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet. *Click on the adoption application link, enter your information, and click submit. You can include multiple pets that you are interested in on one application. *Once you have submitted your adoption application, please visit the shelter to speak with one of our Adoption Counselors, who will assist you with meeting some of our animals. *We offer a Cuddle before you Commit program where you can foster an animal for 2 weeks, slowly introduce it to the rest of your animals and family, and then finalize your decision.
