Amelia is a friendly gray cat with medium length fur and a white muzzle. She was found wandering around Tolbert Park. She was put out as a lost pet on several media sites with no response and she was not chipped. It is suspected that she was someone's pet and was dumped since no one came forward to claim her. She is not fully vetted and ready to find her an inside home with people who will love her and care for her and never leave her alone in a strange area again.She is an adult, yet she is still very friendly and playful. For more information, please read below for the information that her foster mom submitted.Need a lazy coworker? Amelia is the girl for you. This lazy fluff was found at the local park chilling in the grass. Once she realized one of the neighborhood crazy cat ladies had some food, she invited herself to bum around at the lady’s house. After finding out that no one was looking for her (and receiving her shots and spay) this freeloader decided to stick around and get free room and board. Amelia spends her days sitting in the windowsill waiting on her next meal or laying on several beds while her foster family serves her. She’s even been known to show up on her foster moms conference video calls to prove good looks will definitely get you by in life. About Amelia: Amelia is a sweet tempered little fluff ball who loves people and is learning to enjoy a large nosy family dog. Given some time, Amelia is slowly learning to be around other cats. Amelia is not interested in playing, but enjoys the occasional head scratches and sleeping most of the day. If you want a cat who isn’t terribly needy, she is the girl for you. We hope someone can give her a great home.
