Lennie was found on the side of the road in rural Missouri with his brother George. No owner came forward and we were contacted to rescue them. Lennie has a goofball personality and he likes to lay around. He loves scratches and pets from people especially on his ears, neck, and head. Lennie's favorite treats are pig ears. He will sit pretty for treats and at meal times. He is potty trained but not yet a fan of the crate and will let you know. Dog friendly, Lennie likes playing with his brother, our foster pup Zita, and the resident dogs in his foster home. Lennie has double dew claws and is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and up to date on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Lennie will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract with adopter promising to spay/neuter at a later date and must show proof at that time. Being fostered in Independence, MO Adoption Requirements: A secure and visible fence. In order for your application to be approved, you must pass a home check and a vet check which includes having at least a two year vet history. Adopters can be located in Missouri and surrounding states: Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Arkansas. We are able to transport to those states.
