This litter was born to Dolly, the short-haired daughter of our Maine Coonish rescue. She has had 6 babies: three are polydactyl, three are normal-toed. We will name and post photographs of the kittens once they have filled out a bit and mama has settled down. In the meantime, photos of the toe-formations and body color for the 3 polys are being posted.--------------------- ------‐----------- Reservations are welcome. If you choose a polydactyl kitten, a $100 fully-refundable reservation fee is required to hold your polydactyl (by Paypal or credit card). The full price of a poly is $450. The sales of our Polydactyl babies are a major source of funding for our private cat sanctuary, and 100% of their sale price is used to care for the less fortunate cats we take in. Any "normal" siblings will be available for free-will donations to our sanctuary (donations average $40), and do not require a reservation fee. Note: "normal" siblings do not carry the Polydactyl gene, and thus cannot have Polydactyl babies.-----------------------Please be aware of Lonely Kitten Syndrome. It’s as rough on the humans as it is on the kitten! If you do not have another kitten/cat, please read up on this syndrome and be fully informed before adopting a Lonely Only. We strongly encourage adoptive families to adopt 2+ kittens if they do not have any other cats. It’s a sanity-saver (and so much fun) for all involved.
