Hello, this is Marnie! She is a very lovely, very social lady looking for an experienced cat adopter. She is friendly, social and loves attention, but she is often conflicted about the kind of attention that she wants. Marnie will often ask for love and head scratches, but she can become easily over stimulated and will let you know when she needs a break. Common signs of over stimulated behavior include tail twitching, restlessness, vocalization, and "airplane ears". If any of these signs are seen, it is recommended to give Marnie space and allow her some time to decompress. While she does love being pet, Marnie also doesn't care for being picked up or over handled. Overall, she is a very lovable cat that enjoys being around people, she just needs an owner that understands cat behavior and can provide a loving home!
