My name is Jacqueline. We adopted 3yr old Odin from Long Beach shelter 4wks ago. He had been found as a stray & the person who took him in had a party on July 4th, he was scared due to loud noises & fireworks and bit the owners brother after he tried to pull him away from barking at the door. The day we got him he was due to be put down. He was shy & scared in the beginning but quickly warmed up to us. He got along right away with our 8yr old female & everything was going well. About a week ago he started growling at our landlord/roommate. Now she’s scared of him and changed her mind about us keeping him. We have a baby due in 2-3weeks & unfortunately right now we’ve ran out of options to keep him. Overall he is a good dog, sweet & goofy boy, loves walks, rubs and pets. Gets along with other dogs. Has a good appetite. He just needs a family that will give him an opportunity to thrive & give him the training he needs to be a great dog.
