Description:
We adopted Grouchie from the Humane Society a little over 4 years ago. She was a stray, but her estimated age is 11 years. She is very affectionate, loves to purr and cuddle. She would prefer a quiet home, without young children. As our babies are getting older and creating more noise in the house, Grouchie is becoming more and more anxious and has had a hard time with cystitis. This change in her behavior has brought us to the unfortunate conclusion that we are no longer a good fit for her. (She has been evaluated by our veterinarian many times over the past year and the only thing that kind of helps is her anti-anxiety medication, which she could hopefully be weaned off of once placed in a new home.)
