Gladys Night was adopted through the Kenosha County Animal Control on May 23, 2019. She was on a stray hold and not microchipped. We did not rename her, but rather chose to keep the name they had assigned because she seemed like a diva. They were unable to speculate on her breeds and gave us their guess with respect to her age. In 2019 they said she was likely between 5 and 7 years old. She has been vetted annually and has always been in fine health. Gladys Night is not an active dog. She does not run and tires easily from long walks. She is very agreeable to many shorter walks throughout the neighborhood and loves to go at her own pace because she needs to sniff everything. Glagys Night is not good on a leash and is prone to tangling herself up when a new sniff appears. She is not suited to outdoor festivals, sidewalk dining, and crowded events. She walks in front of people, crosses and zig-zags, and is unable to resist the abundant opportunities to sniff. Other dogs intimidate her.
