Mitsubishi (aka Mitsu) LOVES humans and enjoys saying hi to everyone while walking down the street (he has a really adorable habit of giving other dogs kisses on their face). He is a friendly, outgoing and sweet boy who is eager to please. He is a very good listener and takes direction extremely well. He has plenty of puppy energy, but is also down to chill at any moment and is ready to immediately cuddle or lay next to you when it's time for downtime (and boy, is he a great cuddler—he loves to rest his head on your leg). He is very respectful of your home and doesn't have much interest in chewing your things or getting into trouble. It's obvious Mitsu just wants to please you and be a good boy— his foster parents think he will grow up to be a very obedient, loyal pup. My foster dog is good with: Mitsu gets along with other dogs and just wants to play with any other dog he meets. He seems to be gentle with children but doesn't know how sharp his little puppy teeth can be! He also seems to be aware of his size and is very sweet and submissive with dogs smaller than him. My foster dog is: halfway potty trained and improving every day! He was not at all potty trained when his foster parents got him, and we have come a long way in a short period of time. 3 Keywords for your pup: Sweet, playful, friendly Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy) : 6-7 - he has short and intense bursts of puppy energy but is pretty chill the rest of the time! Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: He has pretty significant separation anxiety when left alone in a crate and will bark in that scenario. Otherwise he doesn't really bark much! Walking Manners: energetic, curious, wants to say hi to everyone! Definitely remembers every cafe and store that gave him a treat and can be difficult to get him to keep walking past those places! Appetite: hungry boy Does the following (Gets car sick, nervous outside, has separation anxiety, hates the bath, none of the above) : Does well in the car and doesn't seem to mind bath too much (although definitely not a fan of the hair dryer). He does have pretty strong separation anxiety and will follow you everywhere. He does not like to be left alone and will need significant work on that. He does pretty well in the crate overnight (will whine for a little but then eventually settle), but definitely needs further crate training for anything during the daytime. Favorite Things: meal time, growling at the vacuum cleaner Commands/Tricks: Knows "sit" and "down" (and listens very well), and also "paw" (learned it in 3 days, such a smart boy!) possibly knows "leave it" as well because he's pretty good at putting things down that aren't supposed to be in his mouth. ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract.
