O.M.G! How adorable is she. Say hello to Emma. Emma is a really chill puppy who loves to just hang out. Her favorite past time is chewing on her foster brothers giant chew toys that weigh as much as she does. If she isn't chewing, she is sleeping...or looking for cuddles. It's hard to to tell from picture but her little legs are just over six inches. She weighed 18 lbs mid-April when she was spayed. She plays with other dogs wonderfully, but has learned to avoid the big dogs when they get too rowdy because she is so much smaller. She does great with the cats and ferrets too. She is still working on her potty training and basic commands and is getting better each day. Like her brother Ellis, she is still working on controlling her puppy antics - chewing, nipping, and jumping. Her new family will need to be committed to continue her training to complete her transformation to the precious little lady that she can be.April 30, 2024, 4:02 pmAdoption processAdoption Requirements You must be 18 years of age or older. The adoption fee is $200.00 for dogs and $100 for cats and covers vaccinations and spay/neuter. Should you want to donate more, we will graciously accept it! A securely fenced yard is required, unless otherwise approved. You must fill out our online adoption application for cats or for dogs. A background check will be conducted, this may include checking out your residence, inquiring with your veterinarian, etc. All animals will be spayed or neutered before adoption. You must uphold state laws. You must sign and abide by our adoption contract. You agree to provide lots of tender loving care. Our adoption application can be found on our website at AAVARescue.com
