Hi! My name is Kane and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I am a super affectionate guy that LOVES a good snuggle! I bring a loving essence to the shelter, and would be sure to bring my sweet energy into my future home. My ideal home would be knowledgeable of nervous dog behaviors. I am not super socialized, and would need some help when it comes to my comfort level in new environments. I tend to prefer women, and it may take me some time to warm up to men. I bond with new friends incredibly fast if you sit on the ground and allow me to come up to you on my own terms. I love tennis balls and stuffie toys! I am a talented jumper and know how to do flips when fetching toys that are thrown up in the air. However, my all time favorite thing to do is snuggle with loved ones. I walk very well on a leash, and don't mind other canine friends. Staff is unsure how I would do around cats. Given my submissive nature, they think I would do just fine. Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve.KANE'S ADOPTION FEE: $325 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Kane and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
