Hello, My name is DALTON and here is a little info about me:Breed: dachshund/Terrier mix Age: 2 years oldGender: Male, neuteredWeight: 18 lbs Height: 13 in Dalton was found roaming the streets in Middle East and he ended up in a shelter. His breed and age are our best guess. When Dalton was rescued, he was underweight, dirty and very hungry. We don't know if he ever had any owners or not but he loves humans and their attention. We don't think he was ever abused because of his happy and friendly nature. He loves to give kisses and cuddles to his foster humans. He greets everyone with a wagging tail and craves and enjoys love and attention. He is great with other dogs but not good with cats. He is an active and playful boy, with moderate to high energy level. After a walk or play time he likes to cuddle and watch movies with his human. We want to make sure he is loved for the rest of his life. He is fully house trained but please be prepared to train him in a new home. He can fly soon to Vancouver if he has a home, please adopt him! Energy Level: Moderate/High I get along with:Dogs: YesCats: UnknownKids: Yes (with video proof) Prey drive: unknown/not observed. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if the dog is shown to be good with children we will approve homes with children 8 years or older.
