Are you ready for the journey of a lifetime? Meet Kenya, this handsome 1.5-year-old, 53-pound, Shepherd mix is ready to be your best buddy. He has a stunning, fluffy, light brown coat with white markings and the fluffiest tail. Kenya was rescued from Marion County, SC where he was forced to live in a 20x20 pen with 30 other dogs. Poor Kenya was part of a hoarding situation that was only going to get worse. Thankfully Home for Good stepped in and rescued this sweet boy. He is now ready to find his forever family! Kenya can be a bit shy at first but he warms up quickly and then he can't get enough love! He is super gentle and gives the sweetest little kisses even when he first meets you. Kenya loves enjoying the little things in life, watching the birds outside, people-watching, or snoozing comfortably on the couch. Kenya would love to go home with other dogs, cats, or kids who share his easy-going mentality, allowing him some patience to warm up to them. If he goes home with other dogs, he prefers his friends to be calm, submissive, and easy-going like he is. He is super easy-going and would love a family with the same outlook on life. He loves to please and just wants a family of his own to get to know and love. Kenya really has so much love to give and he is looking forward to meeting his forever family!
