Adopt Montana a Black - with Brown, Red, Golden, Orange or Chestnut Gordon

Montana is an 8 year old spayed female Gordon Setter acquired from a breeder as a 9 week old puppy by my mother. We are moving my mom to an assisted living facility and this will not be a suitable living situation for Montana. Though she is a mature dog, she is extremely energetic and lively and requires plenty of space to run and play. She is very easy going and friendly but is relatively untrained. She will not recall if she gets out. She will respond well to more consistent and patient guidance. Montana has not been intimately exposed to other dogs but when outside the house has always clearly just wanted to meet and play. She has had no exposure to cats, would likely irritate an older cat but would probably happily play and bond with a younger one. She is absolutely great with kids. I am Montana's veterinarian and have provided all of her veterinary care. We will be doing updated bloodwork, a dental and getting her groomed before she is adopted.
