I adopted Winnie from the Humane Society as a first time dog owner in Dec 2023. I’m looking to re-home as I’ve realized I’m not ready for the responsibility of dog ownership. Winnie is house & obedience trained, low to moderate energy, cuddler, patient & tolerant, great with grooming, and a people pleaser. She can be left alone for 12 hrs. I don’t crate her as she just sleeps when I’m gone. She will sleep until you’re ready to get up in the morning. Outside, she’s an anxious pup. She’s reactive to dogs & bicycles, and her behavior is fear-based. She needs to be in a home as the only pet, but is great with kids. Open to a 1- month trial period in your home prior to committing to ensure a good fit. If locally adopting, I’d love to watch her anytime you need a sitter at no charge. She is such a sweet baby and I want to find her a great home. Adoption includes all her items, about $1000 worth.
