Astro is approximately 9 months old Cattle Dog/Aussie mix. He is all of the best parts of the cattle dog - stubborn, fearless, fast, quick to learn, rambunctious, and curious. He living on a farm and has experience with all sorts of animals. Astro also lives with young kids. He was rescued out of a rough situation with his brothers. The other boys found a home and now he is ready. Astro is crate trained and is learning basic commands. He is not to be trusted with cats or any other fast moving animals since his prey drive is very strong. He wants to please and needs an owner who will understand that his brain is fast to learn and fast to get in trouble. Astro lives to have a job - otherwise he will create one for himself. He is an excellent gardener and will want to help you in aspects of your life. He is sometimes vocal so a small apartment will not due - he will tell the neighbors exactly what's happening.
