She's not an Italian entrée, she's a dog with a big smile! Meet Carpaccio, the pretty 78lbs dog who's a little on the nervous side with new people. The shelter environment is particularly overwhelming for this girl, but she will happily walk with you once she's outside and is very sweet once she gets to know you. We are sure that Carpaccio will blossom in a relaxing home with someone who can reassure her that life isn't so scary. Carpaccio can be indifferent to doggy companions, so we recommend you bring any resident canines along to meet her to ensure a good fit.If you'd like to meet our available pets, please check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
