Rally is a four-month-old black lab mix puppy that was dropped at a shelter in South GA with a brother and sister when the owner grew tired of them and decided they needed to go. It was likely an unplanned litter that was easier to dispose of than it was to get the mom spayed. They are safe now with our rescue partner there and ready for their new homes.
