Meet Mater!Mater is a 7 year old Papillon boy looking for a foster or foster to adopt home in NJ or eastern PA. He is dog friendly and would do best with another dog in the home. He is not yet kid or cat tested. He was recently surrendered from a breeder and is not yet house or leash trained. He needs a patient family willing to work with him. He needs to go to a foster home until he is neutered and has a dental, but fosters are permitted to adopt (as long as everything goes well during the foster period). Fosters must have availaiblity to take to a rescue vet partner.
