Sterling arrived to the shelter as a stray on 8/13/23 already very underweight, in November the alarm bells went off as Sterling lost a considerable amount of weight compared to when he arrived. Although the shelter is happy to see some incremental weight gain in 2024, he is still well below a healthy weight primarily due to the stressful lifestyle of a shelter 😐 Sterling is currently a candidate available for fostering with the shelter while he waits for his #Nextgig through adoption or rescue!
