Adopt Acorn a Black Dutch / Mixed (short coat) rabbit in San Antonio

Location:
San Antonio, TX
Description:

Acorn is a beautiful two year old black and white Dutch bunny. When rescued at McAllister Park his teeth were severely overgrown outside of his mouth and were immediately trimmed so that he could finally eat. He had to have a molar removed and others filed, a second dental exam required a bottom incisor be removed. Even though his previous owners did not take good care of him, it did not take him long to know he was finally in a wonderful foster home that has showered him with lots of love. He absolutely comes running for pets and just melts into the floor purring with all the attention. He is in a foster home with dogs and kids and does well with them around. He has been neutered, vaccinated against the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, microchipped, and litter box trained. Acorn is looking for that perfect family to call his own and give him lots of love and pets. His adoptive family must be willing to have dental exams every four months to ensure his teeth are good.
