As Pokemon fans will know, Bunnelby was named after a Normal type Pokemon; however, Bunnelby the rabbit is anything but normal! This is an exceptionally handsome and personable rabbit with generous ears, velvety fur, and a friendly disposition. He also has impeccable litter box habits! Bunnelby is very fond of pea flakes and veggies, and one of his favorite activities is to be able to hop around and explore the house. He enjoys head scratches and the company of his humans. He loves his foster brother, Jack, who is a border collie - but he is a little apprehensive around cats. Bunnelby would be very happy to find a forever family who has a bunny, or is planning to get him a friend, because he would love to have someone to groom and cuddle with. If sharing your home with a pair of love buns sounds like a dream come true, then Bunnelby would love to meet you! We adopt to indoor homes only! Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $100, a pair is $170, and a triple is $200. This helps to offset the cost of having the rabbits altered, microchipped and vaccinated, as well as any medical care that may have been required.##1710132##Adoption processFor those that want to bond a new rabbit with an existing rabbit, we conduct bonding events where the home rabbit can meet several rabbits to find a potential match. We work with the adopting family to help ensure that the rabbits bond. We take back the adoptive rabbit if there is not a match. Our adoption agreement specifies that we will take any adopted rabbit back, should the home situation change in the future.Shelter locationWe are a foster-based rescue where our available animals are kept in private homes. You can see our rabbits online, then make an appointment to meet the rabbit(s) you select. From time-to-time, we conduct adoption events where you can meet multiple rabbits. Because of RHDV2, these events have been paused.
