Beginning August 22 - August 31, adoption fees for Anyia and Michelangelo will be waived!Michelangelo and Anyia would love to go home together but only pay one adoption fee for both!Michelangelo and Anyia are gorgeous red eared slider turtles. They had a home, but the owner could not take care of them. Sadly, both arrived in rough shape and need better care going forward to get their shells back in better shape. They will need proper turtle ponds where they can heal and get better nutrition. Turtles like to eat dried fish, live goldfish and mealworms. They also like shrimp and pellets. Turtles like to eat crickets and leafy greens and other veggies. They really enjoy and need a variety of foods! Red eared turtles can live to up to 40 years! These neat pets do have unique housing, dietary and set-up needs to live a long and healthy life.
