Meet Kayden, a bunny who is getting sweeter each and every day! He's a wonderful rabbit and loves being in a home where he can be free roam and get lots of positive attention. We think Kayden might like a bunny friend he can relax with! Kayden was in a foster home recently, and his foster described him as a "perfect guest." He loves attention and pets on his back, rear, and ears, especially when you get down on his level. This foster home had a cat that he became more comfortable with as time went by. Kayden's litter box habits are very good, once he gets past the territorial pooping stage (this is normal when a bunny is introduced to a new space!). He loves snacks, especially blueberries and chamomile flowers. Kayden also knows a few tricks! He can run in a circle and stand up for a treat. He also loves playing with his stacking cups, throwing them all around. He also likes chewing on seagrass mats and pushing fleece blankets around. Kayden is still learning that people can be friends, and can be feisty at times, especially with new people. Kayden would greatly benefit from being in a home with someone who is very patient and willing to work with him, helping him become more comfortable with people so he can blossom into the bunny he's truly meant to be. At this time, we recommend Kayden go to a home with an experienced rabbit person, and to families without children. Kayden is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2 (vaccine needs to be administered annually). House Rabbit Society recommends all rabbits see a rabbit-savvy veterinarian once a year.
