Hi, I'm Shadow!I am a very cute adult male rabbit who has Black/White fur with brown eyes. I am a Dutch mixed rabbit, I weigh 5 pounds, and I am working on my litter box training (mostly, I just like to rip up my newspapers!) I was neutered and microchipped on 05/30/2023. I am a little shy and take some time warming up to new people, but am gaining my confidence fast. When I came into the shelter I had some fairly dirty fur but thanks to the great volunteers and staff they helped groom me and now I'm looking great! I'm fairly independent and prefer hopping to my own rhythm. I am energetic and love running around doing binkies! I would do best in a family with children over 10 years old. I must be adopted to an inside home! Inside "house rabbits" have a 6-10 year life span. My adoption fee is $80.00 which includes a certificate for a free vet exam. If you are interested in adopting some of our wonderful rabbits or just want to learn more about bunnies as family pets, please come out to Greenhill to talk to our staff, or call or email to ask for a free rabbit care packet to be emailed to you!The staff here requires that all pets are adopted into an indoor only home. If you have little to no experience with Rabbits that's okay! The staff will take plenty of time to teach you all about me and my care! They will also leave you with tons of resources to help you while I get settled into your home!I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is based on my behavior observed while in the shelters care.
