Update 10/24/22: It's all good news for Smalls. She has fully recovered from her injuries and can once again fly perfectly well. She's also newly married to Wookie!Gorgeous roller Smalls was found badly injured and taken to a local animal shelter. After transferring to Palomacy, she visited the vet for a thorough exam and treatment plan and then went into medical foster care. As you can see from the photo, Smalls is recovering beautifully, though she is still unable to fly. This may be due to clipped wings and a lack of conditioning; we're letting her gain strength so we can assess her needs before clearing him for adoption.Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/ September 7, 2023, 7:10 am
