Our hearts hurt for Charm! She was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 2/2. Charm is 2 years old and weighs approximately 45 pounds. She is so scared of her new surroundings that she just wants to crawl in your lap. She does love belly rubs. This sweet girl deserves a cuddle buddy. Is Charm pulling at your heart strings?
