DOB: 8/1/20211 Dover is a tuxedo cat with golden eyes who was dumped in a park as a kitten. He was scared when he came to us, but since then we have gotten to know his fun quirky personality and appreciate his unique character. He is very friendly and can often be found trying out the various cat trees. Once he finds a good perch he loves to find creative positions to sprawl out in and show off his white fluffy belly. Come meet me at the cage free Adoption Center!
