Ernie is my favorite type of cat; a big tom cat who has lived rough, but is sweet as can be. Ernie experienced some serious trauma before arriving at LPCHS. As a result, he has had an eye removed and has some scarring on his face and neck. Ernie was also suffering on his own for quite some time with a nasty upper respiratory infection. His URI has been treated, but Ernie will always have some congestion. Ernie loves to have his chin and cheeks massaged and has the cutest purr. Ernie has proven himself to be a survivor and is ready for his second life as a pampered house kitty.
