Phantom is a 4 year old male domestic short hair black cat. Phantom loves people but he needs a few ice breakers before he opens right up to just anybody. His favorite ice breakers include slow pets, treats, and a wand toy. Once he opens up to you, he will melt into your hands with each pet. He is a big mush and reminds staff and volunteers of a teddy bear because of how cozy and loving he is. Phantom must go to a home with a cat. Phantom would do fine in a home with other cats and children. We do not know how he would do with dogs at this time.
