Pocus is a 3 month old Austalian Cattle Dog mix. He is an active puppy and would make a great walking, running, hiking partner. He is working on his puppy manners and has learned sit and he crates well. Potty training is a work in progress. Once you meet Pocus he does cast a spell on you and you cannot resist his good looks and very sweet personality. A fenced in yard with children over the age of 5 would probably be best for Pocus. He does fine with children but given his herding instincts smaller children can be knocked down. Pocus loves to play tug-o-war and play with his sister. He would love another dog to practice his spell casting with. After all the playing Pocus loves nothing more than to cuddle up next to you or sleep on a nice soft doggy bed.Pocus is a cattle dog mix who was born approximately 7/23/19. He is fostered in a private home in Lincoln and cannot be viewed at the Papillion physical shelter location. The adoption fee is $350.00 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. Unless the bio is marked adoption pending, s/he is still available for adoption. We are 100% volunteer staffed and will respond to your email as soon as possible. After you have submitted an application and been approved, we will setup a meet and greet between you and Pocus. Preference is given to applicants with a verifiable vetting history, fenced yard, and homeownership.
