PERSONALITYSally Ride is an amazing dog, with a great personality, full of joy and love for everyone and everything around her. Sally is house trained and crate trained. She adores her human foster sisters, who are 9 and 6. Sally has very diligently washed their faces since she came to live with them, especially when mom is not paying attention. Sally already knows sit, stay and drop it, and she is working on learning the down and shake commands. She absolutely adores her toys, and she hopes that one of these days, she WILL get that annoying squeaker. A small green rectangle to divide sections of the documentHEALTHSally Ride is a healthy female Terrier/Lab mix, approximately 1-year-old. She is heartworm negative, up to date on her shots and preventive medicine. Sally will like to make sure that her forever family continues her monthly doses of heartworm and flea prevention medicine because mosquitoes happen here in Louisiana all year long.A small green rectangle to divide sections of the documentTHE IDEAL FOREVER FAMILYSally will make a great family dog to anybody willing to give her love, attention, and a moderate amount of exercise. She is great with kids (even small-sized ones) and other dogs (not tested with cats). Sally will only be available for adoption to a family committed to an indoor dog. While she enjoys the outdoors for walks, and the backyard for playtime and bathroom breaks, she will not do well as an outside dog.All dogs come with a microchip, annual vaccinations including EBR rabies license and tag, dewormer, vet exam and spay/neuter.
