Stubbs is a Leopard Gecko who is housed at Wild Whiskers ( https://www.facebook.com/WildWhiskersLLC ) He is an interactive little thing that does great with tong feeding, and is interested in his human. He came to the rescue with early stages of metabolic bone disease which you can tell from his odd posture. Luckily, MBD is avoidable with proper UVB lighting and calcium dusted foods, so his symptoms have not progressed, Although his symptoms will never improve because it is irreversible damage. However it does not affect his quality of life. Stubbs needs an owner who is experienced and will provide him a 40 gallon enclosure with enriching decor, hides, UVB lights and proper heat. He eats live bugs that are gut loaded and dusted in calcium powder. A balanced diet for Leopard Geckos includes Dubia roaches, Mealworms, Crickets, Waxworms and Hornworms rotated regularly.
