Venus is a calm, expressive, and affectionate orange and white cat (born 6/30/2016) who has really come out of his shell during his time with his foster family. He enjoys cuddling on the bed and “talking” to his humans. He is not the most playful cat, but he is definitely curious! He would benefit from a patient adopter who is willing to put in the time to help him blossom into the affectionate cat he can be. He will be a wonderful companion once he becomes acclimated to his forever home. Venus was found as a stray by Romeoville Animal Control. Venus needs to be the only cat in the home. He has not been exposed to dogs. He would do well with small children who know how to treat animals gently and respectfully.
